At Van Luyken, I focus on the visibility and positioning of De Trainingsstudio as a trainer in media, presentation and (crisis) communication. Knowing what’s going on and where the learning needs lie is essential to developing the content of training programmes. My many years of experience and substantive knowledge of the profession come together in my role as manager of De Trainingsstudio. I like to keep lines of communication short and often think five steps ahead. I’m therefore in my element when strategy and implementation go hand in hand.
