Strengthening ties with general practitioners
The question
“We want to be known as a customer-integrated and innovatory, top, clinical laboratory in the field of pathology and medical microbiology.” This is the ambition of PAMM. Which method of communication do you, as a company, deploy?
The answer
General practitioners are inundated with information. Just sending a mailing, a letter or a brochure is pointless. One solution is to send a newsletter in which product information is not of key importance, but rather information about developments that directly concern the general practitioner. In this case information about contagious diseases. This takes place three times a year via “Infectienieuws”, a briefly-worded bulletin with facts and figures including the development of contagious diseases such as Mexican flu and Q fever and viruses such as the Hanta virus and the Novo virus. And, of course, PAMM explains the services that it provides in the field of detection, research and prevention.
The result
The newsletter regularly brings PAMM to the attention of four hundred general practitioners in the south-east region of Brabant. The choice of subjects contributes to enhancing PAMM’s distinct profile as “a diagnostic, professional, functional and local service provider”.
