Fortis Retailbank employees as real artists
The question 
How can you involve the employees of a retail bank in a positive way in all the organisational changes that are in the air? How do you create solidarity?
The answer 
Select twenty colleagues in a “genuine” casting session who are crazy enough and possess the necessary creative talents to perform in a FORTIS REVUE. A professional production team, comprising a director, dramatist, scriptwriters, musicians, but most especially: motivated Fortis employees who all worked voluntarily for four months like people possessed. Together they organised a show, wholly dedicated to the bank’s ups and downs, that was premiered in the FIGI theatre in Zeist.
The result 
The last chords on stage met with a thundering applause from their fellow employees. The show generated great enthusiasm, colleagues revealed themselves in a new light and demonstrated their vulnerability. Via their colleagues’ performances all the Fortis employees experienced what active input really meant. This created scope for facing new challenges together as a group. It was fairly noisy for some time afterwards in Zeist.
