New identity for company
The question 
In the field of groundwork and infrastructure, both below and above ground, our companies do more or less everything. Many of our clients, however, are insufficiently aware of this. The same applies for our employees. How can we change this?
The answer 
Where internal communication is concerned, a staff magazine still works wonders. Make it a kind of pamphlet format: lots of photographs and short articles about the firms and their employees in one publication. For their external contacts the enterprises continue to publish their own magazines. As of next year we recommend publishing an annual survey in which all the different companies are represented.
The result 
The new staff magazine for A. Hakpark companies now comes out every two months. In A3 format with lots of photographs and short articles. Where possible, just a photo caption suffices. Slowly but surely that group spirit is beginning to grow. The annual survey in which all the A. Hakpark companies results are reviewed, is used where necessary. Especially for those tenders where one of the companies wishes to show that it is part of a greater entity.
