In search of investors
The question

The answer 
Investment funds require a track record. They have to be able to show investors that the anticipated return can actually be achieved. Even if past yields are no guarantee for the future. And if there is no established track record, then you have to inspire the investors’ confidence inch by inch. With clear information. A readable prospectus. A comprehensible brochure. And a web site on which everything about the investment fund can be downloaded. Once all this has been arranged, we then focus our activities on investors.
The result
Following a cautious start, with one ship, the Nederlandse Beleggingsmaatschappij voor Zeeschepen has begun establishing a track record in rather more than one year. The prospectus that was produced under our editorship is a standard work for many ship CVs. The brochure gains high praise on all sides. The activities on financial Internet sites are successful and attract new investors each month.
