Two worlds, one company
The question 
You don’t see your colleagues every day. Certainly not at the oil and gas company Venture Production Nederland, where some of the employees are offshore for long periods of time and others work almost exclusively onshore. How can you ensure that they get to know each other better and what takes place in the organisation?
The answer 
Make a magazine that informs both offshore and onshore employees about the ins and outs of the enterprise and reinforces the group spirit among the employers.
The result
The periodical On & Offshore is published four to six times a year. The publication informs employees about the latest developments in the field of projects and personnel. But training courses and joint activities, such as company excursions and a photograph competition, are also covered.
