Accountancy services are increasingly put out to tender. How can we ensure that we secure enough new orders?
The answer 
The big accountancy firms all understand their profession. And if they make their calculations accurately their quotations will not differ widely. A convincing presentation should make the difference and make it “click” between the client and the accountant. We contribute ideas towards the composition of the presentation. Can clients identify themselves with it? Can they see that the accountant has studied the specific situation of the company or the municipality in question? And is the story told in a convincing and clear way? A general presentation training forms the basis for a convincing performance and a dress rehearsal with a real presentation builds up confidence and self-assurance.
The result 
At Deloitte, presentation training sessions, media training sessions and training sessions in conversation techniques are therefore included in the internal training programme.
