The Group Decision Room is an efficient alternative to traditional brainstorming methods. With this electronic form of brainstorming participants are seated at the same table – each with a laptop. All the laptops are connected to one central server that has decision group software. The participants answer questions or respond to propositions via their keyboards. All the answers appear – either anonymously or not – on all the laptops and on a central projection screen. The software divides the answers into a conveniently-arranged number of main subjects. Advantage number one: the less articulate participants are given a chance. Advantage number two: all responses are recorded, not a single contribution is lost. Advantage number three: an automatically-generated and easy-reference report is immediately ready afterwards.

A well-prepared and inspiring atmosphere is essential. Together with you, we formulate the correct questions in advance. During the brainstorming itself we add momentum to the creative process. Afterwards you have a stock of solutions ready for translation into concrete action.
